What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

As we are an app providing staff you will need to register by downloading the ES Client APP as an organisation if you are a business or a private user if you don't own a business.
Once registered you will be able to post a job and start searching candidates by rate, rating, role and experience.
Once the candidates accept you will also be able to book standby candidates that can jump in in case of last-minute cancellation so that you are always covered.
When the candidate comes to the shift they will be able to check in and check out once the event is finished, At that point, you will be rated and you will rate them and confirm the timesheet. Once the timesheet is confirmed if you are a business ES will pay the candidate straight after the shift and you will receive the invoice via XERO and choose your payment method. If you are a private user you will be asked to pay via debit or credit card.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest that you always put a full-on description of the event and your requirements so that the candidates exactly knows what to expect. As you can chat to them via the app it's easier to test them and see if they are a good candidate with the experience you need for your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I have started the business back in 2012 as I was a GM of a 2000 people capacity rooftop bar and restaurant in St Pauls. As a Bar Manager, I would also have people calling in sick and back in the day the apps or last-minute staff wasn't easy to come by. So I launched a last-minute staffing agency in 2014 and recently we launched the apps so that we can have a better a faster reach across while solving problems we have encountered on the way while running the agency as a typical recruitment agency. Our core business still remains Hospitality Catering and Events while we expanded across 7 industries those being, Admin & Office, Beauty & Wellness, Cleaning & Maintenance, Health & Social Care, Events & Entertainment and Hospitality & Catering.
