What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote we will need the event date, start and end times, potential venue, estimated number of guests and a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable quote and design. The more information the better!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Firstly, review the company's description and portfolio. Oh-So-Delicious would highly recommend reviewing testimonials and reviews via Add to Event, their Website and Google. Check and confirm that the company have the relevant legal aspects such as Public Liability Insurance, Health & Safety Certificates and ensure all electronic equipment is PAT tested.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Oh-So-Delicious was born out of a love for all things sweet! Our passion is also to deliver a great service and to ensure all guests have an amazing time at your event, whilst serving the most magical sweets! We wanted to add luxury into the catering market and offer a Pick'N'Mix service to ensure there's a treat for everyone.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Wow, we love Add to Event. There have been lots of amazing bookings through this platform and we have received some incredible reviews from customers! Our best event was a luxury wedding with over 1000 guests, it was a crazy event but oh-so beautiful. We served sweets to 1000 guests and we nailed it hard! The couple were over the moon with our service and have booked us again for future family functions. Thank you Add to Event for having us!
