Lamb shanks are the king of all lamb cuts!! Slow roasted until meltingly tender in our rich, deeply flavoured sauce.

Full roast leg marinated with our signature blend and slow roasted to perfection, with roast potatoes, gravy and Greek salad.

Our roast Chicken is prepared whole, with a special marinade left on over a few hours to help the flavours soak in. Then roasted to perfection.
