Als BBQ Shack

We provide an outside catering service specialising in BBQ'd food. We have various set-ups available from a pop-up to a US themed catering trailer. A variety of BBQ's can be used depending on the location and event from our swing grills to traditional gas BBQ's.
We don't just offer BBQ'd food but can also do hot and cold buffets for any event as we have a full catering kitchen and facilities to replicate on site.
Offering our services to both private and corporate clients.
Events include weddings, birthdays, christenings, product launches and any corporate events.

Many private clients which references can be provided.
Corporate clients include Barclay's Bank, Mercedes Benz, ANS, Manchester College, BBC and again references can be provided.
