We are Baja Cantina based out of Milton Keynes. Lovers of adventure, surf, sunshine and tacos! 'Eddie' our vintage Citroën van serves up fresh and fun Mexican inspired food. We offer delicious, fresh and healthy food at festivals, fetes, carnivals, private parties, business lunches and weddings. Our eye-catching vintage van offers the backdrop to your high quality street food adventure. Whilst we may not be the shack on the beatiful beach we are the next closest thing. We provide great food, smiles an adventure for your taste buds.
We specialise in tacos - the 'cadillac' of Mexican street food. Soft flour or corn tortillas with your choice of fillings: slow-cooked chilli beef, Mexican steak, chipotle chicken, prawn w/ kiwi and lime plus delicious veggie options. If the taco is not your thing we also do delicious nachos and salads. All our food is locally sourced where possible using a local butcher. We are environmentally responsible using eco-friendly products. We love our little business and are incredibly proud of our food and van. We would love to help you with any catering needs.

Cannot praise these guys enough
We hired Nick and the team to cater our work Winter Party and were absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the service and the hospitality they showed. The food was incredible, the perfect temperature, and to top it all off, great value for money. Thanks Nick and the team, a great job.
Delicious!
The best decision we made for our wedding was to have food trucks! The tacos and nachos were AMAZING and absolutely delicious. All of our guests raves about Baja, I highly recommend booking for your party!!!
