Whether it's slow roasted pulled pork from our own pedigree herd to beef steak burgers made with the finest slow grown longhorn beef. The Barbie Boys bring together the very best of local produce straight from the butchery to the grill.

We trade all across the North West at various street food markets, residences, pop-ups, festivals and events. We are based at Haigh Woodland Park in Wigan and are part of the Cook & Forager butchery family.

Our ethos is to use the highest quality locally sauced produce, cooked with simplicity and passion. We serve grass-fed British beef grilled in many ways, including over charcoal and English wood, utilising fire as a deep and complex ingredient, not just a fuel.
