We are passionate about bringing you the ultimate comfort food - Birria tacos. Our family recipe uses the freshest and finest Mexican ingredients to give our Birria Taco filling its distinct and authentic flavor, making it simply delicioso!

Our cooking style involves 8 hours of succulent braised meat and bones, which are then shredded and immersed in stock consume’ before being grilled in a fresh corn taco slathered with hand-grated mozzarella. To enhance the flavor, we serve our Birria Tacos with house salsa and freshly cut cilantro, crisp white onion, finished with spicy pickled jalapeno.
