Main focus is on quality of produce and always serving organic coffees with a full traceable process. Norwegian waffles, Panini's with homemade sauces and handmade cakes/snacks served from a one of a kind classic food truck with a smile, whatever the weather.

Produce sourced from local farmers and tradesmen where possible.

We like to support the local charities and are open for negotiations with a slight direction on supporting the local youth and people with special needs to make it a better day.

With our cool, classic truck, positive attitude, a splash of Norwegian/Viking passion, we love to see the happy faces when people try our Norwegian waffles, unique panini's and organic coffees. We strongly believe together we are strong and we are always looking to build, improve and make any event a great experience for all visitors by interacting via social media and word of mouth and of course exceptional food and drinks at a good value.
