Burbs Kitchen

We provide catering in our local area for private parties, to corporate events and festivals. We can provide a variety of BBQ dishes, Paellas, Hog Roasts, Pulled Beef / Pork, Vegetarian and Vegan options cooked over charcoal or gas. Our Smoked Chickens are a real crowd pleaser. We also have a selection of hot and cold sides and indoor party platters.

There's no set menu, just a list of ideas, you can choose your favourite foods and our chef will work with you to create a menu that can be unique as your occasion. Any flavour and style is possible and all dietary requirements can be catered for.

We don't have a trailer and so you will see your food being cooked (live cook). We will bring along 1 or 2 gazebos depending on size of your event and the equipment we will need. All food is prepped at our 5 star rated kitchen (Under previous name Burb-bar-q).
