excellent all round service
Once we caught the pig it was all systems go. Seriously Carl provided us with a perfectly cooked free range pig, wonderful crackling with apple sauce and stuffing. in addition some great roast potatoes and a lovely rich creamy coleslaw. I was asked by several people for his contact details so they obviously though the same.
