About Chef at home by James Howe

Hi my name is James Howe, I started as a commis chef in 2006 and have loved it ever since! I trained in a lovely 4 star hotel in Scarborough, North York’s & on to Michelin starred restaurant in the Yorkshire dales. I got my first head chef role when I turned 22 and put my stamp on the culinary map. In 2017 I moved in with my wife & started this business. Ever since I have gone from strength to strength. From a small catchment in Norfolk to National coverage and a growing team. Largely owed to my ‘philosophy’ – “British flavours, French Techniques, Yorkshire Portions”
