At Mellee's Kitchen we are passionate about sustainability, using local producers, eating to the seasons and only using products that don't have a detrimental impact on the environment.
Having working in hospitality for over 20 years, we are very experienced in anything from casual office business lunches to 7 course meals for special occasions.
We absolutely love private dining - it's OUR THING. Due to Covid, our Crumpet Stall took a back burner and our private dining took over and that's where our focus remains.
From small intimate events of 10ppl to weddings / birthday parties of 60ppl or more - can cover it. We have 2 chefs, and a wonderful, engaging and fun team of wating staff.

Absolutely fantastic from quote to plating
A huge thank you to Melissa and her team for a fantastic and delicious dining experience. Melissa was great in communication and provided some fantastic options for our dinner, she also was able to be flexible when I realised I'd made a booking error. Incredibly professional service on the day, with a strong eco-consideration ethos with the food and drinks options culminating in a delicious three-course meal. Thank you for helping make a very special night for our friends Stag!
Fabulous evening
Melissa and Julie were charming and cooked us a delicious dinner for my brother's stag-do. She got in touch with me before she quoted to check what we were looking for and then gave me a couple of cost-effective options, which fitted the bill. Arranging the logistics for the catering with her was then easy and they were great fun, as well as cooking us delicious food, on the evening. Highly recommended.

The ladies stepped in last minute when out caterers cancelled on us! It was a charity event for 85 people. They did a fantastic job! Food was great, they are so capable & calm under pressure which was a huge bonus. As were the waiting staff they provided. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
Melissa was amazing, the food was awesome.
Melissa arrived when she said she would, she was lovely and friendly. The food was amazing, well presented, plenty of it and absolutely delicious. Everyone loved every canape - we had 5 per person - and everything was eaten. I will definitely be using Crumpet I Up again.
