About Cooking Art Passion

Former chef of Marco Pierre White. In my career there was an opportunity to work at many well known restaurants and boutique hotels across the UK and Europe such as Le Manoir in Oxford, or Lime Wood by Angela Hartnett and Rudloe by Marco Pierre White. Booking my private chef service for a special birthday celebration releases those organizing the event from the stresses and strains of providing the catering for the guests and, in addition, ensures, by relying on the culinary skills of a trained chef, that the food provided is of the best quality.
In 2022 I have been chosen to represent Airbnb as a Chef Ambassador for the South West, Oxford and Cotswold area. I represent the best of the British alongside my passion for cooking, creating and providing unforgettable dining experiences.
Showcasing contemporary French and worldwide dishes in a laid-back and comfortable atmosphere.

Using only the finest seasonal produce available, my food is known across the southwest and beyond for its exquisite flavours and texture. My most popular The Table d'hote menu based on modern British and French cuisine showcases my creative culinary talents. I get guidelines, and I learn from watching and also trying new techniques to make my own way of cooking. Then I practice my own recipes, improve, get better and listen to your flavor palette.

Typical Clients

Marcus's private dining menus comprises of a 2 , 3 or 4 course dinner; you can add a selection of canapés/appetizers to compliment your welcome drinks or you can add our delicious local cheese board to finish off the evening. This menu's can either be served individually plated or served to share for a more family style dining experience.
