I can cater for a wide range of different events from casual dinner parties with the family to high-end weddings ranging from 10-300 guests.
I offer an extensive variety of options from a plated 3-course meal to an extravagant 7 to 10-course tasting menu with a wine pairing to complement each dish.
I also offer a great sharing style menu where you can enjoy a wide variety of flavours to suit everyone's taste.
If you are looking for a more informal dinner party then we have some great bowl food options available with some delicious hand-around desserts to follow.

Would just like to say how much we appreciated the whole experience... broad menu options, clear pricing, complete service, brilliant food quality, you were exemplary across the board, making the whole process very efficient and most enjoyable ... the whole family enjoyed a wonderful memorable evening, comfortable in our own surroundings, and we all look forward to using you again in the future!
Excellent experience
Craig totally delivered. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The abundance of canapés amazed our 10 guests who were celebrating a family 40th birthday at home. Everything was even better than our expectations. Craig was organised, discreet and left everything clean and tidy. Super service. Every guest at the celebration would thoroughly recommend Craig and his lovely waitress.

Craig was really easy to talk to to finalise what we wanted. On the day, he arrived super punctually, The canapés he produced were delicious and he timed the delivery perfectly. Amazing food - very high quality
We were very pleased with the service provided by Craig, he was very responsive and flexible to meet our needs, the food was exceptionally high quality and the buffet table was topped out throughout the food service period so guests could continue to help themselves until everyone had their fill. We would highly recommend this chef.
