Dorset Poffertjes Company is a family business which brings poffertjes, mini Dutch pancakes to Dorset. These are cooked on a special copper plate and served in portions of 10. Traditionally they are topped with butter and icing sugar but we offer a variety of toppings. We bring our retro trailer to food markets, sporting events, weddings and parties in the Dorset, Devon and Hampshire area. This is a novel and delicious alternative to waffles or crepes.
