Dorset Poffertjes Company

We cook delicious Mini Dutch Pancakes called Poffertjes.

This is a tasty and novel alternative to crepes or waffles. Served from our retro pod, they come in portions of 10 and are freshly cooked on our special copper plate, traditionally topped with butter and icing sugar, we also offer a range of toppings such as salted caramel, bitter chocolate sauce, sugar and lemon and strawberries and cream (depending on season).

We cater at food markets, sporting events, weddings and parties in the Dorset, Devon, Hampshire area.
