Eatchu

Eatchu is an award-winning market stall based in Bristol's oldest Market, St Nicks. We specialise in Japanese Gyoza Dumplings, all made from scratch in our shop, served up with hot sushi rice, soba noodles, udon noodles, and a whole range of other Japanese sides and accompaniments.

The team at Eatchu can be booked to cater your wedding, birthday, office party, hen do's, just about any private event! Operating from our gazebo we can work entirely off our own LPG supply, allowing us to set up anywhere on your site rather than being tied down to an electrical supply.

If you are looking for something a bit different, we also run Gyoza Masterclasses and can be booked in for private sessions teaching you how to make your own gyoza, dashi, noodle soup, and a few other treats.
