Very poor service, terrible food
I had a small wedding the end of September, Paul was supposed to cater this (at his request through my advertisement here), but the week before advised he had something bigger to cater so was sending someone else. The waiter that was sent was hired the day before and very inappropriate and unprofessional. Nothing was set up, no cutlery or side plates or tissues. The courses were served with the previous courses on the table. They were thrown infront of my guests with no regard for what anyone ordered, so we had to get up and swap them around ourselves. Chef said he wouldn't have served the food himself. Very bad communication with owner at the end bordering on threatening. My wedding was ruined. Never again, and would not recommend!

What truly impressed us was their ability to make last-minute adjustments with such ease and grace—nothing was too much trouble. The attention to detail was unmatched. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, elevating the entire experience. Emerald Bites didn’t just provide catering—they played a key role in making this wedding an unforgettable event for everyone.
