We are passionate about food and providing good quality service to our customers whether at a festival under our trading name 'FireCluck' or at a private event as 'FireTruck Bar n Grill' - We use 'Bertha' our converted Fire engine as our front of house serving area for festivals and with a modified setup cook and serve for FT B&G.

We are a father and son business that is born out of a passion for good southern American fried food having lived in the USA in Georgia for 7 years of our lives.

Music and Food are the passions in our lives and whilst it has taken me 25 years to follow this route my Aaron has realised this early and forged a career in Food since leaving school in 2015, working in various fast food chains and currently managing a successful pizza restaurant
