Flaziz Gozleme

We are cooking traditional Turkish flatbread in a 3x3 gazebo.

We prepare and cook flatbreads with vegetarian options stuffed with mushrooms, potatoes, and spinach with feta/mozzarella cheese and we also provide beef and chicken with cheese or mix.

Also, we offer hummus, tzatziki and chilli sauces and two of these dips come complimentary with any flatbread offer.

The flatbread called ‘Gozleme’ is freshly crafted and cooked on a traditional grill called sac.

Upon request, we can bring fresh and homemade stuffed dried eggplant and pepper called ‘Dolma’.

Additionally, we can bring freshly made Turkish stuffed meatballs called ‘Icli Kofte’ or known as Turkish Kibbeh.

As dessert, we offer fresh pistachio baklava.

For drink, we can make fresh lemonade or turkish tea upon request
