We are one of very few hog roast catering companies that use traditional charcoal cooking.

Very pleased with Grilliant
Grilliant did a great job for us. They were responsive before the event in terms of replying to emails and providing information. On the day itself, they arrived on time, set up smoothly and got on with cooking our lamb-roast. My guests commented on how much they liked the food, and the variety of salads to accompany the copious amounts of meat they cooked. The food layout was very professional also. When they had finished, they tidied up discreetly and cleaned everything away including putting leftovers in containers to be eaten later. Their service was first-rate, and they were flexible also with little add-ons on the day itself. We had not used them before, but they delivered well on what they promised and I would recommend them.
Easy entertaining
I am normally reluctant to employ caterers as the food is often ordinary. The spit roast lamb was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company for its quality and service.
Fantastic service!
I left it late to organise catering but Grilliant were great. Instant replies and menu options and fab communication. They turned up on the morning early and were very organised. Everyone enjoyed the food and service provided.
