Our ultimate mission is to make good food from the farm, direct to your plate for an experience that will wow your guests. Providing the best possible taste, combined with the best possible service.
We source everything we can from our own farm. We know the importance of locally sourced, fresh produce. From our home-made apple sauce from our own apple trees to our free-range long meadow spring lamb. If we can’t source it ourselves, we go to our neighbouring farms that we know and trust.
Fresh bread rolls from the local bakery, homemade salads, and coleslaws, we even hand-pick our herbs from our herb garden!

The best pig roast in the UK
Coming from a family background of farmers and butchers I wanted to find something that had the family feel, rural roasts had that and the taste and flavours to match it. They could double their price and it would still be too cheap. Trust me, you won't find better caterers!
It was the best hog roast we have ever tasted.
We simply cannot recommend Rural Roasts enough! They catered for our evening guests at our wedding, and the food was absolutely delicious! It was the best hog roast we have ever tasted, and all of our guests thought so too! And the crackling, how was this so tasty, a bit crunchy and yet melted in the mouth?! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed all of the delicious food that was served, including the epic halloumi burgers, the roasty new potatoes and the salad. It was all just so perfect❤️

Tasty, friendly, helpful - Perfect!
From the beginning Josh was so helpful while we were discussing what we needed. He guided us in how much to order for our numbers (there were 6 buns leftover after everyone had firsts, seconds and thirds) and was incredibly accommodating in finding every single ingredient in every item so we could share lists with guests with allergies. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them quickly and without any bother. The hog was cooked on site and from the moment we arrived it smelt incredible! Throughout the night we had so much feedback saying how delicious it was. Thank you Josh and your team!
Absolutely superb - 10/10.
We booked Josh for a family garden party. From the first contact and booking, to packing up unnoticed and with no disruption, Josh was fantastic. The food and all the various accompaniments were of the highest standard - numerous friends commented “the best food we have had”.
