KC Peri Peri

The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a peri peri sauce which is home made from a traditional family recipe. The marinade is fresh and full of flavour, suitable for all taste buds - the heat is added with the sauce of choice meaning it is suitable for everyone. The sauces available are hot, mild, BBQ and lemon and herb. This is accompanied with yogurt, crispy onions, coriander, fresh chillies and a unique black mayo. As an alternative to the rice, the above can be served in a wrap.

I am also offer a dessert option of custard tarts, baked cheesecake and brownies.

The business was started because of my passion to offer great tasting food, which is full of flavour, using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes from my home of South Africa.
