WHAT WE DO:
Simple, we sell the words best-loved comfort food, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, bit like your mum used to make but much better !
Our sandwiches are made with organic deli-style sourdough bread loaded with artisan cheeses along with a whole host of mouthwatering fillings and combinations gently grilled on our red-hot flat griddle until the is cheese is oozing to create the ultimate Supreme Melt !

Wonderful! Wouldn’t change a thing!
Jim and Emma were absolutely fantastic. They set up in advance, gave a fantastic service throughout the evening with delicious food and really friendly service, and then packed up efficiently and cleared away with no fuss. They were really lovely to deal with and everybody thoroughly enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend them.

Communication was very open, all necessary documentation shared very quickly. Jim and his team were helpful every step of the way, working to tailor towards what we needed in anyway they could. They developed a breakfast menu, and their speciality menu for cheese melts and the range available was absolutely fantastic and worth their weight in gold - not a single complaint from any customers! Out of 30+ people I asked, there were no ratings below an 8/10! They were more than happy to come early to ensure they could set up properly prior to the event kicking off, and were very flexible, whilst working as diligently as possible. Definitely a premium service.
