About Lawless Pizza

Mike set up Lawless Pizza in 2020, after working as a chef for many years in local pubs and restaurants. Mike had a career in London as a bar and events manager working at some of London's finest and most fashionable places through the 90s and 00s.

Lawless is a small family run business, based in Aylsham, Norfolk. Mike is at the centre creating hand-stretched quality woodfired pizza, using freshly made dough and homemade high quality tomato sauce. Each event has freshly made dough and sauce and specials are seasonal and local. Mike prides himself on sourcing bespoke Italian and locally sourced ingredients.

Serving Aylsham and local community since 2020. Pop up street style service and portable oven. Dedicated to quality.
