Ninjō Noodle Bar has been serving freshly cooked Asian street food at local street markets, festivals, weddings and events since 2012.

Our team is inspired by the desire to create healthier, Wok Fresh dishes that are full of flavour and appeal to customers who don't just want to fill a hole but appreciate quality, unique ingredients and the flexibility to have their meal cooked just for them.

Our mobile noodle bar provides all the fun and theatre of a live kitchen where we cook your meal Wok Fresh while you watch! Our food truck houses powerful wok cookers serving smokey, seared veggies and wok tossed noodles to perfection.

All our food is gluten free, plant based and delicious! We work hard to choose ingredients that contain no nasty additives, freshly cooked in a little olive oil. We love bringing our noodle bar to your weddings, parties and corporate lunches.
