We bring the finest Sussex Beef to the street food market, raised on our farm only 50 miles from London Bridge.

This exceptional meat is brought directly from the farm to the local folk of London. The beef is grass-fed, dry-aged for 35 days, cut by our own master butcher, and then lovingly prepared by our expert chefs who have created a variety of delicious hot dishes and sandwiches served in different ways.

We only ever use our own beef and we are also members of The Nationwide Caterers Association.
