Beautiful and friendly
Amanda was incredible. My brief was that I wanted it to look like I'd walked through a meadow on the way to my wedding, picking flowers as I went. She certainly fulfilled that and went over and beyond. The button holes were exquisite too. Would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for making our day incredible
A bit disappointed
I was pleased with the communication from the florist until the day of the wedding. Then her service seemed disinterested and unprofessional. Whilst her flowers and arrangement was very pretty. The florist was late and then didn’t turn up to collect the flowers as previously discussed and arranged. Then her responses were unapologetic for the inconvenience and additional stress.
