Snack Shack

We offer fresh and tasty food served from our converted horse trailer. Our Polish roots were the inspiration for our menu. We specialise in the "Knysza", which is a type of toasted bread (similar in shape to a pitta bread) filled to the brim with meat, veggies, salad and a range of sauces. We pride ourselves on only providing high-quality and fresh food to our customers. Other than the Knysza, we serve smoked Polish sausages, a range of breakfast sandwiches, toasties and lunch boxes. We also work with a local bakery so all of our bread is made freshly to order.

We also offer a range of sweet treats including our American-style ice cream that have been incredibly popular in Poland for decades, called "swiderki" and a range of homemade cakes.

We are happy to attend all kinds of corporate and private events e.g., work parties, weddings, birthdays.
