27 years old from New Zealand. I'm originally a chef that has worked in all levels of hospitality; bistro and cafe to molecular, Michelin and small private dining, I love playing around with cocktails and flavours.

The bus has 8 taps coming from 4 ice cooled lines, 2 under-bench fridges, a freezer, turntables and a pioneer sound system.

Anything considered
