The Big Pan Theory

We are family run business based on the Somerset/Devon border, cooking quality authentic street food from around the world in our big pans in front of you and your guests. Our signature dishes are paellas, we also cook Indian curries, Thai curries, charcoal BBQ Caribbean jerk chicken and more.

We use locally sourced free range poultry and grass fed meat. No refined sugar or salt. Where possible all vegetables are locally sourced, and we have an option to go for all organic. Stocks are homemade. We also offer allergy-friendly menus, gluten free menus, vegetarian and vegan menus on your request.
