The Spanish Buffet

In 2011 I arrived from Mallorca to South Wales to spend a couple of years supporting my wife in her training as a midwife in Glamorgan University.

I've always been cooking at home for my family, but during the summer of 2012, by chance, I jumped to my first Food Festival and started to cook professionally for the general public...
Since then, I have been on a wonderful journey full of different flavours, many new friends and days of hard work among burners and big paella pans.
