About The Smoke Masters

We have a passion for American-style smoked meats like Brisket, pulled pork, Turkey, etc and we make small dishes such as mac & cheese, belly pork bites, and make our own brisket cheese and chilli sausages.

Our cooks are wood-fired and last typically 12+ hours to ensure the meat is fully flavoured and melts in your mouth soft! All are cooked on our custom-built smoker.
