TIKKA TONIC

TIKKA TONIC was established in 2011, we specialise in New Delhi street food. Based in East Anglia(Suffolk) is our cafe & kitchen that houses a spicery and a roastery. It helps us create wonderful flavours which can be enjoyed at the cafe or from one of our food trucks.

Head Chef - Madhur Beri has worked extensively with 5 star hotel chains and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. We have amassed a strong loyalty from our customers both corporate and private alike.

Menu for each event is selected carefully keeping in mind the seasonal availability and more importantly customer requests. Our chefs are very hands on with customer specific requests and face to face menu discussion suited to each event. We are very popular especially with our handcrafted late night grubs buffets, beautifully crafted food truck meals for all occasions.

We have catered to birthday parties at large beer gardens to wedding at the country side. You can find us making people happy with our tasty New Delhi curries at festivals, shows, pubs or just walk in to our make-shift (we like to call it boutique!!) in Bury St. Edmunds.
