What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide an accurate quote, please confirm the essential details; the number of guests, time and date of the event, what type of event it is and do you have a venue in mind.

Do you have any thoughts on your food choice, if you require staff, will you need furniture or hire equipment, would you like a bar, beverage set up and/or music.

We have a wealth of experience in events and catering and with your input, we will build a proposal with a view to supplying and perfectly executing your vision.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the details, do they have a good base or operating from home, this may dictate what they can offer and any limitations. How long have they been established for, do they have any case studies of events.

Check their FSA hygiene rating, are they registered, what rating do they have. Check qualifications, min should be Level 2 hygiene and FSA food allergens.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

From its inception, The Corporate Chef was focused on serving luxury corporate platters and buffets while catering for bespoke and high-end events.

As the director it gives me great pleasure to work with our clients either on a regular basis or for private events - where an idea is born, seeing this through to fruition.

Passionate about food and service, this is the perfect industry!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We are new to Add to Event but very pleased with the set up thus far.

We have already secured a couple of new clients which we have received great feedback from.

We have a strong background in events which are normally praised highly, so looking to serve a great number of Add to Event conversions.

The Corporate Chef already has an impressive portfolio of clients in London and Surrey so looking to expand on this with Add to Event and have already referred to other potential suppliers.
