For us to provide a competitive quote we need to understand the other catering provisions available therefore we can greater estimate our product demand. We also need to understand the demographics of the audience and further information at times of the number of people attending. This helps us prepare thus reflects the cost plus quote.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would always ask how many years they have been established, where your coffee is from and what your favourite coffee is. I would establish the coffee menu because there are so many different coffees coming onboard. I would also ask what the capacity you can serve at for speed of service.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Coffee Rush UK was borne from the love of coffee, the coffee arena was just growing but there was no where to get a great coffee from mobile. That's where Coffee Rush comes in as the True mobile coffee experts... our passion for creating the best... We wanted to create great coffee so regardless of location you can get the continental coffee you would have had in Italy for example. We was doing flat whites before they even had a name!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

There have been quite a few. One that sticks out was a corporate event with a leading carmaker an off-road experience. It was an experience day for possible customers looking to purchase as well and corporate partners etc. It was for a whole week and I even got a ride on the trucks. The feedback was amazing, guests loved the coffee, the hot chocolate went down a storm ( it was cold). I have promoted Add to Event to our franchise partners and other catering friends. It is a great platform and we continue to support it going forward.
