What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to get detailed over to our clients all we need to know is the number of covers and whether they want just mains or mains and sides. We have sufficient resources to be able to supply for all other variables, indoor or outdoor, veg or meat, staff or not, to be able to offer service without altering the quote. We would just sort those details out after in our booking form!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would just be as thorough as possible. Let them know as much as you know, the location, the audience being served, the type of service you want, the type of food you want, the setting e.tc. Make sure to ask about allergens!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We have a passion for Italian Street Food and we want to bring it to amazing events around the UK to show people the vibrant and delicious culture Italian food has, which isn't just pizza and pasta.
