What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote, the most important details we would require would be the style/type of event, how many guests for both day and evening if it is a wedding, location and the date. Using this information we can gauge the correct size marquee and/or the amount of staff required in order to provide an accurate quote from the get-go.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would always advise viewing any products or services you are looking to hire if possible, like buying a new car you would not do so before taking it out on a test drive. Meeting your provider in person always helps to see if you feel comfortable in who you are dealing with, we find from our initial meeting we can create a trustworthy relationship and ensure a smooth event from the early planning stages up to on the day.

Elite Marquees & Events have been supplying services to many different occasions for over 15 years now, my passion has always been selling happiness, the joy me and my team get from every event is seeing how happy our services make people feel. Working with the best equipment and products the industry has to offer we ensure our services always deliver on point and exceed expectations.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Where to start, we have had a number of bookings through Add to Event and have been fortunate enough to cater to some amazing venues around the UK. A recent event was in the Sheffield Winter Garden for a corporate awards evening which was a huge success and our LED glow bar worked perfectly in the venue. We have been telling all of our contacts in the industry of Add to Event as this platform has worked well for us so far.
