What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and a potential venue, whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this, we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask what other events have they done, have they ever catered for that number of people, how many staff will they have on the day, how will they manage the serving of the guests to ensure they all get served fast and with quality food. How do they handle allergy advice and notification for the guests?
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started my business for the love of quality Mexican food, We are strictly no packets no jars which means we make everything from scratch with best possible meats and produce available. I really get a buzz from our customer feedback on our food and that's why I do it.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We are just starting out with Add to Event. We have had many leads and I love the Add to Event site, it's design is simple but effective. The information that we get is great and it allows us to communicate with the customer.
