Drink Tanks offer a fleet of fully portable, 20ft long mobile bars for hire all across Cambridgeshire. For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the type of event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, and potential venue - whether it's an indoor or outdoor event.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The key to our operational success is our visually striking 20ft mobile units that replicate top London bars and traditional British pubs, designed for festivals, race days, air shows and other large scale events. These super-fast, high volume turnover units have 16 draft outputs working from brand new modern cellar equipment, with new technology cooling products three times quicker than standard pub coolers. Our aim is to deliver clients the highest possible turnover for their events without sacrificing on visual aesthetics, product choice and product quality. These are the qualities a customer should look for in a mobile bar provider. Lesser providers may try to offer less quality for a higher price.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our aim was to create a unique team of pub and bar owners with over 15 years off licensed trade experience, mixed with craftsmanship and skill of joiners, builders, designers and project managers. Resulting in an innovative all in one premium portable bar and build solution

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We launched our mobile bar services in 2016 at Newmarkets The Rowley Mile for the 2000 Guineas, beating previous bar analytics for pints served and sales with an attendance of up to 40'000 people. From there we continued trading with the Jockey club at the Rowley Mile and Newmarket nights July course continuing to beat previous bar analytics and bars in the same area on the same days. Our first year's clients also included the Jess Glynn concert, Little Mix, The National Rifle Association, Cereal Fest and Rotary Internationals events to name a few. We've just won a contract to supply the only bars at Truckfest for 8 dates with attendances of up to 35'000 people.
