What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order to provide an accurate and comprehensive quote to a customer, we need to know the date of the event, the location of the event and if the venue is indoor or outdoor.
We will also need to know what kind of package the customer is looking for. We offer guest paying bars, free bars (paid by the event organiser) and drinks packages.

Cestrian Bars East is the sister company of 'Cestrian Bars' which was founded back in 2015. While the original Cestrian Bars company offers a mobile bar hire service to Cheshire and surrounding areas, Cestrian Bars East has been co-founded by the company director and long-time staff member Emily to offer the successful and popular service to the Midlands where Emily is based.
The company has a wealth of knowledge and industry experience, making us the experts in the field! On top of that, we are extremely passionate about what we do which means our staff are always polite and friendly with a big smile on their faces.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I have picked up some of my best business via Add to Event.
A favourite one of mine is when we ran our mobile bar service for a private office party in Manchester. Guests of our client we're blown away by our rustic bar that had been set up in a board room. I think they wanted to keep it as a permanent feature!
