What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We will need to know the date and the exact location of the event, and what kind of event it is. Then we need the number of people expected for that event and what kind of food they looking for. Lastly we would like to know the spend per person.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
They must check if the supplier's offerings fits their expectations.
Ask the provider about the menu and what exactly they will serve at the event.
Make sure the price fits their budget.

My passion for food starts back 20 years ago, in Rome (Italy) where we lived for 20 years. Working for prestigious restaurants and pizzerias in central Rome. We came to England to share our amazing products with English people.
