What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide an accurate quote we just need to know the location of the event and how many people we are required to cater for. The rest of the logistics can be resolved after the quote is given.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for pictures of previous events that the caterers have worked at and the obvious one is to try and see some reviews from past customers. It is also a good idea to find out what their hygiene rating is!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started our business as I have a real passion for freshly cooked street food that is done in a way that not only excites the tastebuds but also is aesthetically pleasing to look at. There was such a gap in the market, especially with wedding catering where the food offering was so one dimensional and far too expensive.
We offer a totally cost effective option that not only tastes fantastic but also the whole set up looks amazing, really helping your day stand out from the crowd.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have been using Add to Event for the last few months and have certainly seen a large increase in enquiries. The last event that we secured through the site was for a corporate event for BMW and the whole event was a real pleasure to cater for. We catered for around 100 guests just before Christmas with plenty of delicious, fresh, wood-fired pizza to keep them warm.
