Amber's Woodfired Kitchen provides mobile, traditional wood-fire pizza ovens from Shropshire and throughout the South of England and Wales. Amber's Woodfired Kitchen can provide 4 10" pizzas at a time, with a 60 - 90 second cook time.

What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

In order for us to provide a quote we ideally need the event date, a brief description of the event, estimated number of guests, venue and whether it's an indoor or outdoor event. From this we can use our experience and expertise to put together a suitable equipment list and design.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In order for your event to go smoothly, pick a caterer who is experienced, with a number of events under their belt. There are lots of pizza providers and pizza vans popping up all the time, some with little or no previous experience within the industry. Check out their reviews online.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Jolyon and i started our business out of a love for food and the pleasure we get from feeding people. Due to our backgrounds working in professional kitchen environments we can cook an array of different dishes to tempt your guests. Inspiration is taken from our travels around the world.
