Super Silent Discos are one of the UK's favourite suppliers of 3 channel, rechargeable silent disco headsets with built-in LEDs that pulsate to the beat. They can supply anything from 25 to 5000 headsets to private parties, weddings, corporate events, cinemas theatres and much more.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
To provide a comprehensive quote for your silent disco ideally, we need the event date, the number of guests you are expecting to attend and your event type. Our pricing is based on your expected number of guests as we base our pricing on the number of headphones required. We always send out two additional headsets as spares to ensure that your party goes perfectly.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For the ultimate silent disco, you should always look out for the high end 3 channel systems that have LEDs built-in that flash to the beat. On our headphones, these LEDs can be turned off if you wish to have a more discreet party system or if you are using them in a more relaxed environment such as yoga or relaxation events.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Super Silent Discos was formed from our experiences of organising events where noise restrictions are an issue. Having introduced our system to one event which was a huge success we soon built up a larger quantity of headphones to supply our other festivals! We always wanted to ensure that our pricing was affordable for everyone which has really helped build up our business. We have loved all the fantastic feedback we've had about our silent disco company from all our lovely customers.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event have been fantastic in providing us with so many bookings. I think the most fun has to be Bath Rugby Club where we provide 400 headphones, a full lighting package and staffing for their post-match party alongside the rugby ground. Everyone was apprehensive as to how a silent disco would go down as their usual entertainment is from cover bands. It turns out that the silent disco is a hit with everyone and the venue runs to full capacity! Suffice to say we've been back multiple times to watch the rugby fans dancing along to Abba and The Vengaboys!!!
