What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
All we need from an event organiser is their email address so we can send our brochure and popular floor plans and pricing.
Once received we often chat these through with the organiser and arrive at what the event requires with any optional extras and best pricing worked out. Dates, time of set up and take down along with any other supplier requirements such as toilets, showers and generator hire can also be established as we look to be as helpful as possible.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We can help with any questions you may have and typically organisers are left with too much information to get through when researching giant tipi and bell tent hire. We have been in the industry over 10 years and can fast track the organisers understanding by just simply having a 5/10 minute chat on the phone. So our advice would be to talk to your provider as well as checking reviews of previous events they have provided for.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
We started the business to provide stunning spaces for weddings to take place and for guests to thoroughly enjoy. With our Giant Tipis, this is very much the case and guests can wind down and stay longer and more conveniently when booking our furnished bell tent accommodation.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had so many referrals from Add to Event, sending our brochure, popular floorplans and pricing mean that organisers have everything in front of them when we follow up with a chat over the phone. Since using Add To Event our typical enquiries, our specialism, have been outdoor weddings with 2/3 Giant Tipis to accommodate 100-200 people with up to that many guests staying in our Bell Tent Villages.
