We have a family run team, who are dedicated to giving you great tasting food. Food that is FOODELECTABLE. Our in-house chef has over 20 years worth of experience in the food industry. Completing a food science degree, along with his culinary arts degree, he has been able to create exquisite menus. Having a large development portfolio including organisations such as the Hilton and the NHS he prides himself in creating food with detail, attention and love.
Where we can, we use locally sourced ingredients. Fresh food is at the core of our business and the best place to get it, is within our local community. Not only does this help our local businesses, but also allows us to deliver an exceptional fresh taste. Our tasty menus include authentic cuisine based on our mixed heritage and the exciting places we have travelled. We pride ourselves in the menus we develop, we are able to cater for those with additional nutritional requirements such as coeliac, dietary requirement and other allergies. So, no one has to miss out on the experience!
Extracting the best possible flavours, our dishes aim to bring a five star taste to your door. We cater for corporate events, weddings, parties and festivals. We do not need additional power or water so are fully mobile and can set up wherever you have the space. Regardless of the gathering, you are guaranteed that whether you are having traditional fish and chips, Greek Gyros, Caribbean cuisine, southern African Buffalo or any of our other menu choices, a whole wealth of research has gone into it.
