At That SmokeTruck we love providing our customers with delicious food and top-notch service. Having done a tour of Texas, visiting a number of awesome smokehouses out there, we did some fantastic research and spoke to some very talented pit masters. The dishes on our menu can vary but include: homemade 8oz gourmet burgers with smoked bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce and salad, smoked BBQ buffalo chicken wings, smoked baby back ribs, fried chicken with Mac'n'Cheese and, smoked pork belly

We can tailor our menu to suit your event and whether it be a party in a field, corporate event or food festival we can simply park up and start cooking!
