Marta Maria Photoart

Growing up in Sopot, Poland, Marta moved to London at the age of 19, to follow her dreams and passion for art and photography. As a result, she graduated from Ba Photography, worked at Vogue, Hermes and for a number of years at the Saatchi Gallery.

In photography, Marta is fascinated by the light, how it travels through the lens and how it shapes the image. She is particularly interested in documenting and capturing the moments and the atmosphere of the places and people. She can also spend hours in the darkroom working, developing and experimenting with old, analogue, camera-less and her own unique processes.

In art, for a change, Marta cherishes the abstraction and colours - their intensity, how they mix and merge together. Recently, she also became very interested in the idea of art and meditation put together.

Marta is open to photographic and art commissions, as well as collaborations with other artists and photographers. Her original work and limited edition prints are available for sale.
