Paulios Pizza

Paulios Pizza is a newly formed family run business, specialising in authentic Neapolitan wood fired pizza.The purpose built trailer used is only 18months old and has a large capacity wood oven, a pizza warmer, a fridge and hot running water. Ensuring the pizzas made are cooked to perfection and the ingredients are kept at a regulated temperature and hygiene standards are not only met but exceeded.

NCASS Food Hygiene Level 3 gained and we also have full public liability insurance.

To date we have been hired for corporate open days and private parties and will ensure that your requirements are fully understood and met.

As a small business our overheads are not as high as others which is why we are able to be very competitive.

All of our ingredients are purchased locally and we only use sour dough dough balls giving the pizza a light, crisp, chewy base ensuring the flavour of the pizza comes through.

Paulios Pizza has a regular weekly pitch in Shirehampton where we have just started to provide a delivery service from.
